Refund Policy

Digital Marketing & Imagery and its staff shall always endeavor to work direct with our clients to determine an appropriate solution to any problem that may arise in relation to our services. However, if no other reasonable solution can be found, and all resources to resolve the problem have been exhausted, a refund shall be granted for the following reasons:

  • Digital Marketing & Imagery was not able to deliver agreed services to the customer.
  • Customer is not happy with service and requests a refund directly from Digital Marketing & Imagery within 30 days of payment for said services.

To receive a refund you will need to provide Digital Marketing & Imagery with a letter, signed by the purchaser, stating the following information:

  1. Purchaser's name.
  2. The service for which you are requesting a refund.
  3. Purchased date.
  4. The reason for the refund request.
  5. That you will remove any website, software, or custom programming for which you are requesting a refund from your computer(s) or server(s). In addition, the letter must state you will destroy and discontinue using any website, software, or custom programming for which you are requesting a refund.

Digital Marketing & Imagery will gladly stop monthly or yearly automatic billing on any account or other Internet services account or service provided.

If you sign up for a monthly service and request the service to be canceled, your account will no longer be re-billed starting with the date of your notification.

Your service will still be active until the renewal date, at which time the account will be canceled and deleted from our system.

Digital Marketing & Imagery will promptly refund any charges made if your request was placed before your re-bill date and your account was still charged.

If you have any questions, comments or concerns about our refund policy, you may contact us by calling 1-239-249-8128, or email.

Our Customers...

"Since we hired Digital marketing to improve our website rankings we have consistently placed on the front page of all of the major search topics for the highly competitive Alaska Fishing Lodge market. There many Internet marketing companies out there, but none offer the personal service or professional expertise of Digital Marketing. They do what you pay them for, and soooo much more. Our company has thrived in this down economy, thanks to them!"
